The client wanted a complete overhaul of this room into a cosy reading space.  We built bespoke bookshelves, a window seat with a hidden TV lift, laid herringbone oak flooring, installed period Victorian skirting boards, replaced the radiator and knocked out the fireplace, rebuilding it with brick slip sides and installed a new wood burner.  (Oh, and we decorated too...)
